    Code redeem issue


    When I attempted to redeem a Gold Live membership for Xbox One code, an error message came up saying “you are currently subscribed from another region.” After recieving this, I changed the location/region of the store and xbox and cancelled the subscription
    which came from the other region and removed the payment option which was also located in the other region. I then added my own region’s payment option and attempted to redeem the code again, but the same message came up. I have changed the region, so i’m
    not sure what to do.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    Code redeem issue

    You must have an address listed from the region of the code for it to work. If you do not live in the region the code is from you should return it to the retailer for a code from your region.

    Try redeeming the code on the console, or try using Internet Explorer to redeem the code on Xbox.com. I've also had issues redeeming codes on the website when I don't use IE.
