I just cashed in Gems for 3 month Game Pass. Code provided in the email doesn’t work. I get a message saying it’s already been redeemed.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

I would reach out to the support team via twitter or telephone to see what they can help. It would be a bit more official for you to go this route.

troubleshooting for code issues. You mentioned that you put in a request to change the code. Are you referring to the request a new code link at the bottom of the support page we provided? Be sure to let us know the results!

However, would you mind explaining further what the issue is with the Xbox Live Gold subscription pre paid card?

Do you not know to redeem it or was the card damaged or already used?

I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list

microsoft.com/redeem?
