    Hello Adrianna, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    It sounds like you have 2FA turned on. If this is the case check if there's an option to Try Another Way when logging in. If there is not then you'll need to log in to https://account.microsoft.com and click on the Security tab so you can either turn off 2FA or add an alternate means of getting a code.

    If you are unable to log into the website though for the same issue and you do have the security turned on then I'm afraid there would be no way to recover the account.
