Code not yet received...

I purchased Madden NFL 16 Super Deluxe: SE on November 5th and have yet to revive a code for all of the added content i paid extra for i.e.: MUT packs.

as right right now i have much paid $96 for a base version of this game, which is quite frustrating. please help….

Hi there!

If you are eligible for the Warthog promotion, then you will receive a code to your Xbox Live messages (not your email). The codes are being sent out in batches before the game's release on Tuesday. If you don't receive a code by Tuesday night, then I would
say that unfortunately you were not eligible for the promotion.

However, keep an eye on your Xbox LIve messages as that's where the code will be sent.

If you did accidentally delete the message, then unfortunately these are usually "gone forever!" However, the Xbox Forums Support team may be able to retrieve it depending on when the message was sent, though this isn't guaranteed. They will reply here if
that is the case.

Hello, my name is Derick Lyon. I'm creating this in regards to the warthog code, I had purchased the Halo: Master Chief Collection a couple weeks before you guys announced that you were handing out warthog codes For those who have played this game. I think
I may have received it but accidentally deleted the message thinking it was a code I received for Forza 6 a while ago, if not I apologize. But in the case it wasn't the code I deleted I would still like one soon, I have contacted support about this and they
assured me they are in waves and will most likely be handed out by the official release date 09/27/16, but he issue is I had purchased the ultimate edition so I will be receiving the game tomorrow which is 09/23/16. Please do what you gotta do guys, I just
would like to make sure I Recieved this code. Thank you!

 

also, i have already contacted Ea and here is there response…..

"Alright, So what i have found here is that there are two different types of the super deluxe edition. There is the super deluxe edition that comes with the 40 all pro packs that is an EA promotion. WHat you have is the Super Delux Seaon Edition which is
a promotion run through xbox that comes with 44 pro packs on the account. since this is a xbox promotion i have no way to give you another code to make it start working."
