Code not found microsoft points how To get new code

Please could you check if you have any microsoft point's on your account?,

If not how long was it before you redeemed the code?, was it straight away as soon as you recieved the email?

Try the 1,000 msp Point code again and see what happens. The code may not have been confirmed straight away by Microsoft, i dont think there is any 1,000 point microsoft codes.

But i could be wrong.

Yes I'm getting the same error code, on my Xbox here in New Zealand. Have found so far that it's a Microsoft error code, but can't find anymore details on it? Also this is for all my games on game pass.

Well I'm past the point where I'm getting error messages at this point. First thing I did after I got that message was Google the error code and that's how I found that removing my account and adding it back is supposed to resolve that.. I don't get any error
messages now, just the Xbox refusing to add my account (or any account, for that matter)..by the way, I typed in the error code into the box in the link you gave me and there was no support articles found.
