    Code not found for friend for a gifted Destiny 2 DLC


    I gifted Destiny 2 Witch Queen to my Canadian friend and it said code not found when he tries to redeem it. He's switched regions, we've tried removing and power cycling then re-adding the account and still no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated. We've had similar issues in the past and I've just refunded due to the issue.

    Please make sure that your friend's region is the same where you're currently located and same as your account region as well. Changing region manually is not recommended because it may violate against Microsoft's Terms of Service.

    Just to confirm, do you live in the same country?

    No Refund and cant access the DLC code

    You can download Destiny 2, and it's DLC from the Xbox app on PC. So your friend who plays on Xbox and PC can play Destiny 2 and the DLC you gifted him on the PC, as long as the PC he has is powerful enough for the game.

    Im dealing with that exact same situtiation my friend gifted me destiny 2 forsaken and i am unable to download and i was gifted the dlc around 2 days ago and ive contacted microsoft support multiable time and nothig has changed at this point its just a waiting

    i play on PC. my friend bought me dlc for Destiny 2 and i redeemed the code in the microsoft store but when i loaded the game through the xbox app on my PC it says that i dont have any DLC
