    Code not been delivered for Quantum Break


    i pre ordered a copy of quantum break and received nothing

    Ive waited days after release and still have no code for either the xbox one version or the bonus windows 10 version???

    ive asked both xbox support and tech support. still nothing.

    ◾Alan Wake's American Nightmare (Delivered 7-10 days after purchase)

    ◾Alan Wake + The Signal & The Writer DLC (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

    ◾Quantum Break for Windows 10 (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

    well I paid $60 on the 3/3/16 and I have not received any codes for Alan wake.

    as for windows 10 version, "Soon After Release" is not much help.

    Hi I preordered the digital edition of Quantum Break on Mar 2nd but haven't received redeem code of Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break on Windows 10 yet. Could you let me know when I can receive theses? It's been too long for the

    When you pre-order the game from the console it should have immediately gone to your download queue to preload. Please double check your Ready to Install queue.

    The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that.

    liamcurtis1718 is correct that codes for Alan Wake and its DLC will be delivered after the launch of Quantum Break. Hope that helps clear it up!

    seems like you wont get alan wake until after quantum break releases, what it says on the store page

    Quantum Break includes full game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons.

    The code for these items will be delivered to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.
