I got this code for ODST about a year ago but i never downloaded it. I tried downloading it today and it says someone already used the code, but i have not used it.

Hey Voided Brain, go here - > https://myservice.xbox.com/en-US/Pages/Welcome.aspx and use the troubleshoot another issue link. Then go to Find error code or status code link. If that doesn work then you may have to get your console repaired. Hopefully someone else has a better solution.

I'm applying the promo code. It takes $20 off at first, but after I enter all my info, it says there's an issue with the promo code.

 

Please don't post codes on the forums. These are public so anyone could have taken it.

 

A Microsoft representative told me to go on this forum to say that this code doesn't work so that someone could get me a replacement code that does work for odst on halo mcc.

As Smwutches said, please make sure not to post codes publicly. While you may be having issues with redeeming it, it's possible that it's still active and someone may have used it. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide replacement codes but we're happy
to troubleshoot. What happens when you try to redeem your code?

 

It says someone used it already. I spoke with Xbox support several times and all the representatives tell me to do this. They told me to post the code and someone would provide me with a replacement code to get odst for me.
