    Hello Support.

    My XBOX Live Gold card (12 month`s) isn`t working. I have put in the CODE it regognized it and it asked me if I want to continue with the "purchase". I clicked yes and it startet circeling like ussual. I received an error message about try it later XBOX
    live services aren`t available. (Haven`t acctualy recordet the message) So I clicked back and tryed the code again and it is now saying that "This code has already been used" My gold will expire today.

    regarding the fact, that the new Xbox also isn´t connecting to your WiFi i would say the Xbox isn´t the problem. Check your router WLAN settings, especially your WLAN-Access code. Make sure you have the right key to connect.

    What about other devices in your network - do they have a working connection to your WiFi?

    If so, check the above mentioned and reset your network settings in your XBox and try again.
