Code is not working to recover account

Hi Daniel,

Unfortunately this does not help me. Xbox support continues to ask me to repeat the same steps: Submit the account recovery form, retry sending the code, try a different browser, etc. They are unable to fix the problem. How difficult is it to reach someone who can look at your account and see what is causing the problem? Also the global customer service number is not working.

Having said that, with the intention of helping you, I did a search on the internet and it is exactly what you say. But if you want my personal opinion, the only ones who can help you in this case is Xbox support, so don't lose faith and keep trying.

I'm sorry to hear that Xbox support is not helping you at all, I would like to help you but I am only a member of the Microsoft community and a player like you means I do not belong to Microsoft.

The most I can do is advise you since I went through a similar situation a while ago and these are my tips for filling out the form:

1. Enter only the information that you know is currently present on the account.
2. If any account information has been removed (such as a phone number or debit card), do not include it on the form, just omit it.

Note: In general, try to only put the information that currently resides on the account and DO NOT give up because from personal experience it took me about 6 times before I was finally verified as the account owner.

It's the most I can do since, as I mentioned before, I'm a player like you. I wish you good luck, friend!

The Problem Still exists only this time its been about 3 hours and everytime its got near the end of the download i get the message "Xbox Live signup is currently unavailable please try again later" How would i go abou fixing this problem?
