code got accepted, but game cannot be downloaded since its not shown in the list

i hava a xbox 360 and a new xbox one. i bought cod ghosts as download code for both platforms. the code was registered over pc in my microsoft account. only the x360 version appears in my games list on the account displayed on the web. on both xboxes the
games does not appear in my list, and if i enter the code again, it says already used.

how can i download the game for both platforms?

Prepaid Code Not Working

I entered a prepaid code for Battlefront 2 Elite Trooper Edition, and the code appeared to be accepted, but I cannot find the game in the queue or in the "ready to install." I have tried re-entering the code since and it says this code has already been redeemed.

 

Sorry to hear it. However, there is no such thing as a code that is good for both consoles. You would need to purchase a code for each game separately.

the image shows even both console names (the code for one console is cheaper) and the usage at the bottom says: valid for installation on 1 xbox 360 and 1 xbox one of the same user.

 

well i just found out, that amazon sold me this code, but i cannot find the product in the store?
