    Thanks for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear about any issues that may be occurring. I would like to clarify a bit more, are you having trouble getting Xbox Live gold to work on your account? Have you checked your

    order history     to confirm you added the Xbox live gold code? Check
    Services & subscriptions from a PC to see if the subscription has already been redeemed with your account.

    If anything you can try to perform a Power Cycle
    to see if it helps refresh that you've added an Xbox live Gold card to your account:

    • Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xboxbutton on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 30 seconds.
    • ImportantBe sure to wait 30 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    • Plug the console power cable back in.
