Forza horizon 2 and gear of war code

Je suis dans le même cas, le code pour la première offre a été utilisé le 28/09/2015 sur amazon et je n'ai toujours pas reçu Forza Horizon 2. L'autre code pour la deuxième offre a été utilisé le 07/11/15 et je n'ai pas reçu Gears of War : Ultimate Edition
non plus.

Que dois je faire ?
