HI, I have a Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate edition. This is cd with Forza Horizon 4 and code for VIP cars and etc... After reinstalling the game on the Xbox a code for ultimate is not longer valid. How I can get back my cars back if code is not longer working?

On the console, highlight the game and press the menu button on your controller (the 3 lines) and go to Manage Game. From there you can see all add-ons you've purchased/redeemed for the game and can re-install from there.

Sorry that the issue still persist.

Make sure to keeps us updated after testing other games and reinstalling Forza Horizon 4.

The hard reset doesn't solve the issue. My kids downloaded 3 game extensions, 2 for The Sims 4 and 1 for Forza Horizon 4 and at first only the Sims extensions worked normally but it took a day for the Forza one to start working. But within 2 days all 3
game extensions became unavailable though they do show as having downloaded. Meanwhile, of course, the credit card has been debited for all 3 games.

have you booted and played the game for a while when the console was connected to Xbox Live?

It might take a while before the game might recognize the VIP part, after that it might be fine, but I'm honestly not sure.
