    unable to redeem code for Deus Ex: Human Revolution

    I've received codes for Deus Ex: Human Revolution and the Missing Link Add-on after buying Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - Digital Deluxe Edition

    I were able to redeem the code for the Missing Link

    However I can not redeem the code for Deus Ex: HR

    Xbox support determined that the code is locked to the US and not DK and they asked me to post the issue here

    Was FIFA 12 hacked, da da da.

    Thats strange, Codes for the points I was missing were in the email with the recovery link.

    I got the codes by pre-ordering Deus Ex: Mankind Divided from the Xbox store. The code for the main game, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, worked, but the code for the DLC didn't. I tried redeeming the codes on both console(Xbox One) and website and got the same
    problem.

    There should be an error code in the bottom left of the screen where you get the error message. If you can post that code, it will help narrow down the issue.

    I get these on the bottom right:

    XBOS-4000

    82ee9556-746c-41f5-8e83-0b111b6594dd

    There's nothing on the bottom left.

    They must have just switched sides, but that is the error code. That can sometimes mean a region issue, but support will check into it and post here for you.

    Thanks for posting. That error mostly occurs when there's a region issue. Which region are you physically located in? That would help us a bunch.
