Code for Quantum Break on Windows 10

Guys I just saw the game in my Windows Store for $59.99, I will give away my code for the Xbox/Windows 10 PRO since I thirst for Remedy Games.

I am going to purchase the game in the Windows Store, and I will never pre-order any game ever in my lifetime!

 

Generally MS customer service have been great to me in the past, but no reply for at least the American Nightmare code has left me deeply frustrated (Also lost confident I will get the other codes)

 

Omar, you have to wait 7-10 days after today for all the codes. Sorry. They responded to me twice, I both it on the Windows Store now and it's taking forever to download. Thank you Microsoft.

 

I thought I had to wait 7 - 10 days for Alan Wake and Quantum Break PC Only. I thought I would get American Nightmare (Which I have been requesting to be looked at) since I pre-ordered since February and found out I get THAT one 10 days after the preorder.

 

I am also in a similar situation: Quantum Break shows under my Xbox games collection, but I haven't received any message with a Windows code. I actually bought the game to play it on PC, but because preorder wasn't available for PC, I got the Xbox version,
hoping it was the same thing...

I had the same issue regarding the AW: nightmare code and I posted yesterday a question and got my code this morning

A MS official will answer you for sure.

 

I Got the same problem. so i guess it's just a matter of time until i get the Quantum Break (PC Code) ?

 

same here omar i have a horrible gut feeling im not going to recieve and of my codes then when i ask for a refund for lying they will say you have had the game too long to get a refund sounds like something Microsoft would do

 

I was also told to post here by support.

I pre-ordered Quantum Break at 11:58 on 4/4/16.

I got my confirmation email and the game was installing while it was still 4/4/16.

Inside my email I got on 4/4/16 says my purchase date is 4/5/16.

I ordered the game and it was installing before midnight but nothing indicates I pre-ordered.

All I want is to confirm I'm still getting my Windows 10 code since I got my order in on time.

I don't care how long credit processing takes, ordered and installing before midnight.

 

last time i pre order off the MS store i think the customer service seem to just point everyone here so we can all moan together and they dont have to do anything seeing as they already got our money -_-

I hit you up regarding American Nightmare in your other thread, but Smutches is correct when it comes to Windows 10 codes and Alan Wake + DLC.
