Code for Quantum Break on Windows 10

Hi,

I pre-ordered the Xbox One version of Quantum Break and was told I would get the Windows 10 code within 10 days (of the pre-order).

I still haven't received the code for the windows 10 edition of the game nor have received anything with regards to the Alan Wake games.

Having spoken to the support team using the Chat service, they directed me here.

Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

Here is the product description from Amazon:

I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the Xbox App for Windows 10 PRO and I have not received the Windows 10 key.

The PC codes will be sent during the week of the 5th. The codes for Alan Wake and the other DLC will be sent 7-10 days after Quantum Break is released. The only code that should be sent 7-10 days after purchase is the code for American Nightmare.

 

Thank you for your reply, I will wait for the Keys for Quantum Break (PC) and Alan Wake + DLC.

I would however like to say that I purchased Quantum Break on the 20th of February and not received any code for American Nightmare.

I know I do now own an Xbox One but I would still like them redeemed as should I be interested in buying the console, I would like to have the library to be available. I was told that any codes I do receive would be available from the following link:

While I wait for the codes for Alan Wake + DLC as well as Quantum Break (PC). Where I get my code for American Nightmare? I still haven't received that yet even though I pre-ordered the game over a month ago.

 

Support will check on that one for you and should resend it to you. They will post here when they do.

No. The terms of the offer stated that the PC codes would release sometime this week.

 

I still haven't had a response at to why I still dont have the code for American Nightmare even though according to this forum, I should have received it weeks ago.

I will gladly follow the terms and wait for the rest.

still waiting on mine as well and i only purchased the Xbox version for it on my PC i know people that have their codes already pretty bad service seeing as MS were saying they want to provide windows 10 users with a good experience as well if i dont
get mine soon ill just push for a refund
