    PUBG doesn't recognize new GOLD memb

    I just purchased a new Xbone tonight.Bought a 12mo Gold membership. Purchased a code for PUBG at GameStop.Setup membership, used PUBG code and downloaded it.Tried to access but doesn't recognize that I have a GOLD account.New Xbox please help me!!

    Hello, I have the same problem, I've bought the Xbox One X the 12/30/2017, and no way to have a PUBG code.

    My resseller said me he's not able to give me the code.

    Please help us!

    Unfortunately not all retailers are participating in the promotion. If they can't get you a code, then there is nothing else you can do. To get the code, you usually have to purchase the game with the console and it is marked down to free.

    The retailer reports that this is a share from Microsoft and the code for the game must be provided by you on request, if the gaming console is purchased in December 2017.

    Honestly, I'm already tired of running here, you say one thing, the seller says something different, and other colleagues from the technical support say that they apply to you.

    Tell me, where can I write a negative feedback about the incompetence of the services?
