    Code for 'KAMEO' can't be redeemed


    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on amazon, and got a code for bonus 360 game 'KAMEO' about 10 days ago.

    I tried to redeem it many times, both on website and xbox one console, and all failed.

    I've contacted Amazon, and was told to contact back to XBOX Support.

    Please help me out. Thank you.

    Hi thank you very much I didn't realise there was a tool I had to use, I thought I just had to set it on the console. I have now been able to successfully redeem the code :D Thanks again!

    To clarify, have you used our
    Region Migration Tool     to migrate to the region you're physically located in? Follow that page's steps to set your account region to the region you're currently located in.
