    Code for GoW1 and GoW3 not working on my Xbox One!


    Hi recently I bought the Xbox One Gears of War 4 Bundle. They said that I would receive the first 4 GoW games for free and when I checked my xbox mail there was my message with the codes for the games. However, GoW1 code and GoW3 code is not working!!! It
    gives an error. When I try to enter the code it says the following in yellow: You have an existing Xbox subscription that's blocking this code redemption. On your Xbox, go to Settings. Or go to account.microsoft,com/services to fix the problem. Now I tried
    both possibilities and didn't find anything helpful. For example, when I check the website it gives an error and that you guys are not known with this issue. However, when I check forums about this topic I find more than enough people who have the same problem
    as I do. Hope you can help me!

    Gears of War 4 additional game content codes not working

    GOW 1 and GOW3 codes not working. GOW1 and GOW JUDGEMENT codes both work tho.

    Hello,

    I bought XBOX ONE-S with GoW 4. I get reedemer codes for GoW1, GoW2, GoW3 and GoW Judgement. I reedem codes for all games but it did't work for GoW2. There is only code for GoW1.

    What to do? I have now GoW1, GoW3 and GoW Judgement but i cant reedeme code for GoW2.

    Can someone help me?

    I have the same problem...

    I bought GoW4 with Xbox One-S. I received two messages. First one have only code to GoQ1 and they dont work. The second one have codes To GoW3 and Gow Judgement. Code for GoW3 dont work.

    I only can redeem code for GoW Judgement.

    When i try to redeeme code for GoW1, Gow2 and GoW3 i have message

    Unfortunately if the region you're located in is not an Xbox Live supported region, selecting another region would not help, as cross-region accounts aren't supported. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide a solution other than setting your console and account
    to your physical locale. Unfortunately, if it isn't available on the list of regions you may have trouble redeeming your codes. Thanks for your understanding.

    The Gears of War codes, 1 and 3 specifically, are extra finicky when it comes to redemption. The usual cause of redemption issues we see is that people often have a region mismatch between their Xbox Live account and their physical location. Please double
    check that your >>Xbox Live account region matches your current physical location<< and try
    again. Also do note that the codes will only work in supported regions as well.

    I am in the Philippines. The region I use that is closest to the Philippines that is is available on the Region list is Hong Kong -- so I use Hong Kong. It doesn't work.

    Don't tell me I can't use the codes and that's it.
