    Just to quickly clarify, is this with Dead Space 2 or Dead Space 3? We are currently investigating DLC issues similar to what you described for Dead Space 2 specifically. Could you list the specific content exact names so we can take a deeper look?

    The specific DLC we all seem to be having issues with is Collector's Edition Items, RIvet Gun and Online Pass.

    i have the dead space 2 collectors edition, and i have to say its quite worth it. if you wanna see what comes in side of it i have a decent unboxing video of it on my youtube channel. but i have to say its definitely worth the $40.

    No, the only version of the game that you can purchase, is standard version you have bought. You can also purchase dlc that is available, but if you want the collectors edition, your only option is to purchase a disc copy of the game instead.
