Code for AW American Nightmare not received.

Hi,

While I wait for the PC code of Quantum Break and Alan Wake + DLCs, I still haven't received anything for Alan Wake's American Nightmare that's having pre-ordered Quantum Break from the Xbox store since 20th February.

I have only found out I should have received American Nightmare 10 days after the pre-order.

Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses not received

I've pre-ordered the game the 21st of February and I have never received the Alan Wake (Signal/Writer DLC), AW, American Nightmare neither the Windows PC Code.

I thought that the AW: American Nightmare code should already be sent but I've never received it.

 

Never Got My Alan Wake's American Nightmare code

Yeah, looking at the same problem here too - received Xbox One bundle with codes for Quantum Break and Alan Wake, but AW: American Nightmare is missing. Seems to be a widespread issue with this game. Anyone tell me what's going on?

 

I never received a response about my American Nightmare code and unfortunatly my other post has turned to Qunatum Break PC/Alan Wake request.

I contacted support in the hope this could be resolved quicker yet was directed here again...

I am not asking for the Alan Wake or Quantum Break PC codes (Which I will wait for) but I am asking for American Nightmare which I should have got weeks ago and which is giving me little confidence that I will get the Alan Wake or Quantum break PC codes.

Baring in mind I don't own a console, I still expect to get what was advertised at the time for me.

hi i have preordered the game in a gamestop... have code for alan wake+the signal+the writer but not have code for american nightmare... the code send from microsoft in 10 days?

 

I paid the $60 back at the start of march. not received a thing.

 

I feel your pain, I paid £45 back in February and got nothing so far.

 

I created a post regarding the free Quantum Break for the PC and was told to wait. This is a post in relation to American Nightmare that I still haven't got even though I pre-ordered the game back in February and was told I would get it 10 days after the
pre-order.

I still haven't received an answer from a Microsoft representative (Even if its just we are looking into this). How long do I need to wait (NOT for the PC version of Quantum Break or Alan Wake since I have a time frame for those 2).

Sincere apologies for the delay. If a thread is continually bumped, unfortunately it's possible for it to get pushed out of the time blocks we work within (which looks like the case with your original thread). We're definitely not ignoring!
