Code Expired for Halo 3: ODST in MCC

My code for MCC expired before I could redeem it but I'd like to download the game now. Can you please re-send the code?

Halo 3 ODST code expired

My download code for Halo 3 ODST that I was supposed to get for playing Halo MCC before December 19 from Xbox Live has expired and I cannot download the game. Is there any way I can access that message or get a new code?

Hey! I read that I might be eligible to receive the Halo 3: ODST MCC remastered version for free. Apparently a code was sent to people in a message. I was told to contact support if I didn't redeem the code before the message expired. Can you help?

Unfortunately, since the code had an expiration date and was not redeemed in time, that would be up to you. We've all had it happened to us and just have to pay more attention to time limited codes.

The original in-console message sent on June 1 has been purged from console inboxes. Codes are being resent on July 1 to those who have not yet redeemed their code. All distributed codes will be purged from the in-console message on July 31, 2015, but
will still be redeemable. After July 31, users can contact the support forums support forum (Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.) for further assistance.

So I should still be able to be sent the code and redeem it, no? I believe I qualified for it by playing the game on this tag in the two months after launch...
