    Hi, I would like to find out about exchanging a code for a copy of Fallout 3 which I got bundled with Fallout though I cannot even redeem it because the code is for the US marketplace , I would like to change it to a code for the UK.

    I received a unused download code for a game I already have. Need Microsoft to swap that for microsoft points

    Microsoft does not exchange codes.

    You would have to contact the retailer you purchased the game from for an exchange. Although if you bought the game in the UK, the code should be for the UK. If you're having issues redeeming the code, make sure your account region matches your physical
    location.

    I was told to post what I did here, by a member of your support team after they discover the code was for the US marketplace and contacting your division, whom told them that I should post what I did here, and that I would receive help, exchanging the code.

    For a code like this, as Smwutches stated. You'll need to work with the retailer to exchange any codes. We don't have the ability to exchange codes in that fashion here. Very sorry for any miscommunication. Are you able to redeem the code on xbox.com
    HERE? How about on an Xbox 360 console?

    Hello,

    Sorry but those codes cannot be exchanged for codes in your region. This is why certain items are only sold in certain regions.

    Wish there was a way to exchange them but there isn't.
