Code error e205 -no signal

Hi

I keep resetting to try and get screen up. It’s hard to get to that stage and when I get the reset x box it can’t do it. I downloaded the update offline and that came up on screen but it’s grey and you can’t press on it.

I did contact a helper but they said I needed to get it fixed at game shop or return it and buy a refurbished one for £150.

Just seeing if there’s any other advice before I take it in for repair please.

Microsoft offered me a refurbished one for £150. What grade are they please?

I'm afraid there's no option on this one. From what you've described and that error code, the device's hard drive is corrupted and it will need to be physically repaired. Sorry for the inconvenience

I'm not sure what you mean by grade but they're quite good and could last for years as well, but if you're not sure about it you can just get a new one from a store.
