Code einlösen geht nicht [Translation - Redeem Code is not working]

Hallo,

ich kann einen erworbenen Code nicht einlösen. Es wird mir nur angezeigt, dass ein unerwarteter Fehler aufgetreten ist und ich später es neu versuchen soll.

Auch kann ich keine Inhalte im Microsoft Store kaufen.

Jemand ne Ahnung?

Wenn es ein Microsoft 5x5 Code ist, kannst Du auf der
Seite zum Einlösen von Codes den Code eingeben. Der Code wird dann geprüft, und es wird Dir angezeigt wofür der Code ist.

An dieser Stelle dann den Vorgang abbrechen und den Code nicht einlösen!!

Sollte der Code bereits eingelöst sein, oder die Werbeaktion abgelaufen sein, erhälst Du dann eine entsprechende Meldung.
