J'ai fais une mise jour et il m'a arreter 62% la première fois et je l'ai repartie puis il a arreté 75% mais la console s'arrete toute seule. Puis elle me donne plusieurs code d'erreurs: E 200 00000050 00000000, E200 0000001E 00000000, E201 00059F40
00000000, E200 000000EF 00000000, E200 00000074 00000000. Quel est le problème?

Hello Franco,

Thank you for keeping us updated. I looked up that E200 error code. The next step after a factory reset doesn't work would be an offline update. Here is the link with all troubleshooting steps regarding error code E200 :

Follow the steps until you get into the Offline Update page. You will need a Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port and a USB flash drive with a minimum 4 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

The Error codes being received are Update Error codes, and as such I recommend to change the network source.

Please try using a Wired network connection and see if that will allow the console to fully update.

J'ai fais aussi une mise zéro(restauration), il l'a fait mais la console se ferme toujours toute seule.

[Edit - Translation] - I also do a reset, it did but the console always closes itself.
