A chaque fois que j’asseye de ouvrir un jeu en ligne un message me dit (veuillez réessayer. Si ce problème se reproduit, rendez-vous sur xbox.com/errorhepl) et il me donne un code qui ne fonction pas alors si quelle qu’un a une réponse a ça?

Every time I tried to open an online game a message tells me (please try again, if this problem reproduced go to xbox.com/errorhepl) and he gives me a code that does not work

. If it someone have a an answer to that?

Vous avez mentionné que vous obtenez un code d’erreur 0x80004005 lorsque vous ouvrez votre jeu. Voici la ressource de support de Support.Xbox.com qui vous aide résoudre ce code d’erreur en forçant un nouveau démarrage pour que votre console se resse connecter votre compte.

S’il vous plaît laissez-moi savoir si cela résout votre problème en sélectionnant « Oui » ci-dessous.

I had the same problem.

As mentioned by someone I uninstalled Avast and then it works again.

Update 09 th of jully : Nope after working one time, the game is again not launching with same error after reinitializing and trying to reinstall :
