    [Translation-Good morning or good evening,

    I have a problem with a game I own.

When I launch Sea of Thieves, a game I own again; it doesn't start and a message appears: "If your subscription is active, try to leave and restart the game""

The fact is that the game was offered to me several months ago but this is not the crazy problem!

I played the game thanks to the xBox game pass (the game was offered to me a little after the expiration of it). I played the game for several months and now, for no valid reason because excuse me but there are none, the game does not start!

Indeed, my xBox game pass expired months ago! Besides, once again it expired before the game was offered to me. It is only after playing the game that I have for several months that I am asked to renew my subscription xBox Game Pass so that I can
play a game that I OWN.

I hope to hear from you a logical answer, not like this bug, and I hope to have it as soon as possible.

    It's yours.

(PS: I'm on PC and not on xBox)]

    :)

    Hi Rei,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with a game. We understand you do not have game pass for PC any longer. Is it possible you had a game pass ultimate subscription? Did you ever outright purchase the game? As the game
Sea of thieves was not offered free unless on game pass. Sounds like the profile subscription was bugged and finally caught up that it is expired.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Hi Brad,

i know i had a game pass subscription, i won it because of Discord Nitro. I don’t know what was the name of the subscription but i know that i had it because of Nitro, and i know that it gave me Sea of Thieves for free.

I realized that someone bought the game to me for some reasons, I didn’t buy it. Someone gifted it to me, the issue may be here i don’t know.

I just know that i had the game pass when someone gifted me the game. The thing that i don’t understand is that i’m played the game for months now but i can’t play the game NOW. And my subscription expired months ago. This is why i don’t understand anything
    right now.
