    One of my game that I bought disappeared for no reason.

    Forza Horizon 3, that I bought a year ago is not in my library anymore, its not in my purchased game but I still have it downloaded and also got the blizzard dlc. It says this error when I try to launch it: Actuellement, Forza Horizon 3 n'est pas

    Are you still experiencing this issue? We are starting to see reports that this may be resolved, so try uninstalling and reinstalling through the Windows Store to see if that helps resolve the issue. If the issue persists, post back here so we can continue

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game. I've been looking into this error code for you and found this Reddit post where someone found it it was their region settings.     If that doesn't work then please try these steps as well to see if it helps

    1. Open the Windows 10 Store, then in the top right corner click on the profile picture. If you have multiple accounts signed in, sign out all but the email account linked to the game's purchase/pre-order.

    2. Next, locate a free Windows 10 Store download and install it. (You can uninstall it directly after)

    3. Then try playing (downloading) the game again through the Windows 10 Store "Library" page.
