Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?

thats the problem iv already changed my microsoft id and i cant connect to live because i need to update the terms of use thus i cant acess my account....

every time i try download my profile it says error xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now then this error code comes up 80151006...not fun when u cant play on your account.

they sent out a all clear code still cant acess games even tho it says im subscribed in my xbox settings
