Code " Choose one " NOT received after 20 days and 7 calls in customer services

I purchase an Xbox One 1To and in the pack he(it) had one games(sets) there has to choose among 4 xbox.com / name-your-game ) Rise of the TOMB raider - Forza MOTORSPORT 6 - Gears of War ULTIMATE edition(publishing)
- RARE REPLAY

I chose Rise of the TOMB raider 10/08/216 and we are the 30/08/2016.

I contacted the customer service several started again and one told me that that could set till 72 hours....

I have re contacted the customer service 72 hours more later, one told me that there was waiter's(server) problem of generation of code and that he(she) must be solved in the week and always nothing.

You can please intervene as quickly as possible in .......

Thank you for me contacted again very fast.

I just want my game plz ....

J'ai re contacté le service client 72h plus *** on m'as dit qu'il y avait un problème de serveur de génération de code..... et que sa devait être résolu dans la semaine et toujours rien.

Pouvez-vous s'il vous plait intervenir le plus vite possible.......

Windows Phone "Free Time Machine" codes not redeeming

So after asking if everybody else having this issue would get a replacement code, their response was:

I don't got my game ....

But i call the technical support and they gave me a code for an other game (Quantum break) because they said to me "we can't generate rise of the tomb rider code's, but wecan give you Quantum break"...

Finlly i got Quantum break but no Tomb Rider then i buy it ....
