Code Alan wake never Came?

Hello my name is Monchai. Bought the pre-order Quantum Break and it says that the codes for Alan Wake with the add-on code and desktop version will only come after the game is?But the code on Alan Wake's American Nightmare coming soon for 7-10 days
so I have been 17 days and the code never came?

Alan Wake American Nightmare Missing

Pre Ordered Quantum Break on March 16th. I received Alan Wake code, but never got the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

 

Quantum Break PC Code not received

Also I never received my alan wake American nightmare code either
