Code: 80090304 Can't download Xbox 360 Profile To Xbox One

Hello,

I'm Trying to play Black Ops 2 for the Xbox 360 on my Xbox One. But I Cant download my profile. Profile works fine with Xbox One games. But I have to download again for Backwards Compatibility? Starts to download then not even 1/4 of the way through it Stops
and gives Error code 80090304. I've checked all my account, security, and billing info and everything is good. I've deleted and tried to re-download other accounts and another Xbox and still no success. I've deleted all local 360 storage and cleared Xbox One
Cache. I've Hard reset my Xbox and Internet. Checked My internet connection, everything is all good. I don't know what else to do. Can anybody help please!

80090304 error with backwards compatibility

Same problem tried to download two profiles to play split screen both wont download
cleared 360 cache deleted all profiles

now cant play any BC titles as its deleted my main 360 profile that was working

All i get is "xbox live profile can't be downloaded right now" error 80090304

 

Unable to re-download my Xbox live profile!

So I was having some problems downloading free items on Xbox live, and I kept getting the error code 80090304. So I deleted my profile, cleared my system cache three times and the tried to re-download my profile, but could not get it to work. I kept getting
the message "Can not download Xbox live profiles right now" followed by the same status code 80090304. I tired reinstalling the system updates and power cycled my console but neither worked! please help!

 

I'm in the same boat. Also posted a thread. Hopefully this gets sorted. Wasted about 5 hours trying to troubleshoot

 

Sounds like you've done a lot so far - awesome job! A couple more things you can try:

1. Make sure you have at least 2 pieces of security information on your account that is different from your sign-in email. You can do that on account.microsoft.com > Security > Update info. It matters that there's two, trust me.

2. Open Black Ops 2, press the View & Menu button at the same time, press X to sign out, and then bring up the menu again to select "download profile". If this doesn't work, try clearing local 360 saves and doing this trick again as this usually resolves
the issue.

**** none of these issues have been resolved I have been on at least 10 threads so far about the same thing and You all say the same thing, that the issue has been ''resolved''. Actually try and fix the problems instead of waiting for them to go away.
