Code 0xc3360001

This is a code I received on my Xbox One, 0xc3360001 and states, "Can't play - To play this, we need to confirm usage rights. Please sign in with the Microsoft account were using when you bought it."

I purchased movies, not rented, using my Xbox360. I then attempt to watch the movie on my Xbox One console and receive the message above. I signed in on Xbox360 to see if would show on my Xbox One console..no luck.

It appears I can watch my other movies I have purchased prior to last week on my 2 consoles and even my laptop. Just not the three movies. Yes I restarted both my consoles and they are updated.

Please help.

Does it give you to option to buy again? Or are they gone gone

Switch your profile on Xbox One

If you have more than one profile saved to your Xbox One console, you can switch between profiles from the Home screen:

2. Select the profile that you want to switch to.
3. Select Sign in.

Well, I can buy them again..but why? Specifically, I purchased John Wick 3 + Bonus video, MIB International and Godzilla King of the monsters. ALl three are doing the same thing..I can watch them all day long on my Xbox 360, but it gives me the message
above on my Xbox One.

it helps sorta... but I only have one account. Both of my Xbox consoles have the same profile showing the same avatar, which I created on my Xbox360. When I purchased the XboxOne I simply signed-in and my profile showed up. The other movies I purchased
on my 360 work fine..it is only the three movies I mentioned above that is giving me problems.

I will click on the other links you provided just to check for continuity. I appreciate your help..

If someone else has or had this same issue(s)..please help. If I find the solution, I will post what i did.
