    Eu não estou conseguindo entrar em qualquer jogos,mas em aplicativos sim.Ao entrar o console me coloca de volta no INÍCIO e logo aparece uma mensagem dizendo que o jogo demorou muito para responder e logo em seguida um Code: 0x802705a

    I'm not getting into any games, but in apps yes. When entering the console puts me back in the BEGINNING and then pops up a message saying that the game took too long to respond and then a Code: 0x802705a

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
    reset     on your console by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]
    Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

    This also happened with my son's Xbox and if you go to settings , system, Console into & updates, Reset console then Reset and keep my games & apps

    This fixed it for my son and hopefully works for you
