    so for the past couple of days i have been trying to get halo wars 2 to work. There was an update for it and i downloaded it. Wouldn't start so i did a few hot fixs nothing work. Then uninstalled then re install. Keeps getting stuck at 16% or 6.69gb downloaded.
    Anything else i can do?

    How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

    Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

    1.
    • Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
    • In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
    • You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
    • Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!
    If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

    • From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
    • If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
    • If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!
    Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

    I just want to clarify, do the error codes show as "0x80070750" or "0x80070570"?

    I couldn't seem to find the error codes with "0x80070750" but this one "0x80070570" seems to pertain to corrupted files whether it's OS or game data on your device.

    Vinicius Independent Advisor posted a solution to a user who had an almost similar issue:

    "Try this on your console, please:

    First, clean the cache of your console that way:

    1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

    2. Wait 10 seconds.

    3. Turn it back on.

    Note: It may take a while for it to turn on, don't worry, it's normal.

    Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

    ***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account. Make Sure to know all passwords and email addresses of your accounts, you will need to log them back in.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console Information >

    3. Select Reset console > Restore and keep my games and apps.

    4. When asked to pull settings from an old Xbox, choose no, thanks

    5. You will have to log in to your accounts again, and when you sign in with your account, make sure you turn it has your home console also, that's it.

    NOTE: Rest assured, you won't lose games or saves"

    Works again with this To fix content restrictions on Xbox Console:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Go to Account
    3. Open Content Restrictions
    4. Select Access to content
    5. Select Access to content again and set to "Appropriate up to age 3"
    6. Wait for change to save, ratings will appear different on screen once complete.
    7. Select Access to content and set back to Unrestricted
    8. Wait for change to save, ratings will appear different on screen once complete.

    When I did it there were two options to redeem a code, one for Xbox Live codes and one for Ubisoft Codes, the pre-order DLC codes are Ubisoft Codes.
