Code 0x00001F4

For the past few days when I try to access the Games with Gold page, it fails to load and says TRY THAT AGAIN SOMETHING HAPPENED AT OUR END. WAITING A BUT MIGHT HELP.... and then at the bottom of the screen a code shows as what I wrote in the subject.

So I tried to reset and keep my games and it didn't help. Chatted with a virtual agent and he told me to reset and remove everything and I followed his instruction but that didn't help either.

Anyone facing the same issue or have a solution?

I have been trying to access the xbox one store and gold for two days now and just keep getting the message, "Try that again. Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help" code 0x00001f4, CV Crgyq/N9GUyd0k2T.

Tried waiting, but nothing happens.

Tried resetting the console, but again keep getting the same message.

Can anyone help??

I am from Singapore. I am accessing the games with gold page thru my console and its not about getting the game its the page totally fail to load.

I tried reset my console and it didn't work.

Xbox Insider program? There is a service alert affecting purchases that has been on and off since yesterday. This may be causing the issue with loading the Games With
Gold section of the console. We are currently working on resolving this issue. Keep an eye on our website to find out when the service alert is lifted. Once the service alert is no longer posted, we recommend checking the Games With Gold section of the console.

In network settings delete the mac adress stored and power reset thw console thwn try again!!
