COD3 Zombie add-on Issues

Please try this. Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > System > and then Storage.

Select Clear local saved games.

Note Selecting this option will not delete any games or progress you have saved in the Xbox Live cloud. It will only clear data you have saved locally.

Select Yes to confirm

If you purchased the DLC in-game, you may need to completely exit the game to complete the download.

Clear the cache or delete the game data on your console.

If the DLC doesn't download successfully or is unplayable, try unplugging your external hard drive and install the DLC if you have external hard drive.

Be sure that your Xbox Live account allows you to download content.
