On the below link it points out that the error code is a possible IP ban? are you maybe on a shared internet connection that someone else has used that could have been caught cheating?

If thats not the case can you try powering off your router for a couple of minutes and then power back on to see if you get a different external ip address and try again

i wouldnt know how to cheat if i wanted to. LOL reboot didnt fix the problem

If Black Ops 3 is also not working then your router is likely blocking the ports for Activision's servers for these specific games. I recommend port forwarding these ports to your router. The ports you need are found on this site: https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Ports-Used-for-Call-of-Duty-Games

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. Are you having difficulty in connecting with any other multiplayer gaming servers, or just COD:WW2? If its only COD:WW2 that seems to be giving you the error code 32770 when attempting to connect to
the Activision servers, and not Xbox Live, then I would recommend that you contact Activision so that you get the best answer possible regarding that particular error code.

Cant log into Black Ops III either, same message about servers being unavailable

You may want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
