COD: Warzone is crashing since season 4 update.

I am using a Xbox One. I can still play the other multiplayer games except for Warzone. At this point, like the microsoft support mentioned. I believe this is an issue with call of duty since the last patch/update of season 4. Hopefully they fix this in the next coming weeks. I sent a bug report to them.

Have you tried to play any other multiplayer games? Are you playing on Xbox One.

Since the last firmware update a few days ago I cannot play MP on my Xbox One for any game.

As soon as the lobby is about to start i get kicked out saying i have no active connection with Xbox Live, when my Xbox stated I am connected and my daughter is player Fortnite on her own Xbox One no problem.

My Series X seems ok as I played MK11 with no issues.

I've spoke to support 3 times today and everything they've advised me to do hasn't worked and there was a similar issue with a firmware update a few years ago and the only way to sort it out is via a patch/update.

I am so frustrated right now.

In this case, our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:
Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Tried the soft factory reset but didn't resolve issue in COD:Warzone. Same issue is occuring. At this point, do I contact Call of duty until they fix this update?

In this case, it would be best to get in touch with the developer of the game Activision Support for further assistance.
