COD warzone game issue on Xbox series S

Hi!

Basic problem: COD warzone drops me back to the Xbox main surface right before an online game could start.

I enter the game, i join in any possible online game. The system finds a room, fills it with online players. The game about to start after counting down. And there's a blank screen, right before the loading screen, and instead of going to the loading screen, it drops me back to the xbox main surface.

Basically it's a brand new console, i've been using it for just few weeks, but ok, i did a complete xbox console reset, fully reset. Then reinstall the game, but nothing, same problem.

Can anybody help me in this issue?

Warzone can be played on the PlayStation:registered: 4, PlayStation:registered: 5, Xbox:registered: One, Xbox Series S | X:tm:, and PC via Battle.net. COD mobile is not available. To make crossplay possible, Warzone requires players to log in to an Activision/Call of Duty account.

Hi Bazzi09, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

I would like to clarify, is this the only game that you're having an issue with? Because if yes and this is the only game that you're having a problem with, you may need to reach out to Activision since you have already performed all the necessary steps even resetting the console which should fix the issue.

Hi J!

Yep, this is the only game which can not work in online environment.

Basically i can play online with any other games! My xbox has been updated, warzone has been updated (you wouldn't even play if you didn't update btw).

I opened a ticket about the problem under my account in activision. Hope someone can help me.

Just so the community is aware, George’s C you are incorrect. Neither myself nor my fiancé own MWll but for some reason I have the option to only download warzone 2 while she has to download the entire MWll game just to play warzone. We are both on series s Xbox’s so I guess it’s just more broken COD stuff. Was hoping to find an answer for it but I see COD just wants money.
