COD Warzone 2.0 does not launch even after reinstalling windows

device specs:

Intel Pentium Gold G5420 3.8ghz 2core/4threads (idles at 35c, runs at 55c on max use)

Kingston KRV24N17D8/16 16gb module x2 (32gb) CL 17 2400mhz, non OC or XMP support

MSI H310M PRO M2 PLUS (MS 7C08) Latest bios, default configs

Kingston SA400S37/240G SSD SATA3 (OS, page file, hibernation file, warzone 2.0 files)

SEAGATE ST1000DM010 1TB HDD (Backups)

Asus Nvidia GTX 1650 4gb GDDR6 (1420 - 1870mhz of clock, idles at 40c, runs at 65c with any heavy game)

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (Build 19045.3208) x64, 8gb of page file, hibernation enabled

since its release in beta, it doesn't launch on my pc either, and I saw on reddit that it seems to only run under very specific conditions, users with even higher specs than mine also couldn't run the game. I have spent 2 or 3 days searching and trying solutions that I found on YouTube and other pages and nothing. I even changed the Windows compilations and versions many times, without success. Ultimately, I found a .log file in the game's root folder (downloaded from the battle.net launcher) called "bootstrapper.log" which only contains one line of text:

[9072] 10/13/23 10:09:48: Success launching "cod.exe -uid auks <random string that i changed for my security>"

and finally, the game crashes without showing a single error, but I have noticed that it generates a dump file in the local crashdumps folder, called "cod.exe.7960.dmp" (nearly 152mb).

I managed to inspect the dmp file with WinDBG, but I don't know if the information is of any use.

near the end of the entire log I noticed a striking line "SYMBOL_NAME: cod!NvOptimusEnablement+d79230c", which seemed to be an error when trying to activate or change the state of NVIDIA Optimus, a function to switch between an integrated and a dedicated GPU. it was not so. I noticed that I had a UHD610 gpu in the device and i disabled it in the bios. but it does not alter in the least the real problem I'm having. about the security error of the ntdll.dll module and from my minimal knowledge, I have lost count of how many times I used sfc /scannow and all the times in which I reinstalled windows and tested a little if maybe it worked in windows 11, (in this one, with the latest updates the performance was worse, I would say 70% of the real performance with too much stuttering)

Finally, I ask: what else can I do to solve this problem? Modern Warfare 2019 works and better than I expected, I almost bought MW2 2022 being aware that it works with the same "new engine" used in Warzone 2.0...
