COD Vanguard Shutting Down Xbox One

I've seen some posts about it but maybe these steps below can help you.

Click with the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons and in saved data delete the ''reserved space'', clean your console's MAC, restart your internet devices for a few minutes, restart when prompted, and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

Had to translate what you wrote lol. I'm not sure about Guardians of the Galaxy. I don't play that. Shame it shuts down for you though. Nothing worse when you want to play a game so bad. It was also the same for COD Vanguard. Not shutting down but game was very glitch and just unplayable.

my xbox shut down, 2 times today... i am installing a COD (Warzone). theres somenthing i can do to fix or prevent that?

curtisratliff, first check if the game is indeed on your order's history:

If it doesn't, perfect, go to your Xbox Series, remove your account from the console (the account with which you bought the game), restart your console. Then add your account back, and then go to your full library, the game should be in there.
