COD Points Purchased But Not Received

I purchased 2,400 COD Points and after using all of the troubleshooting steps I was still not able to receive the points.

Have not received purchased Cod Points for Bo3

I purchased the $20 pack twice and have not received any Cod points in game. I followed the Activision support suggestions and still have not received them. Help?

 

XBOX Rewards codes/email

I used my reward points before the 15th and have not received any codes or emails to redeem the rewards purchased with points.

 

The Reference number of the chat is SR# [Mod Removed]

Let's try these steps out:

• Press and hold the power button until the Xbox One console fully powers down.
  
• Power back up and check to see if the points show up in game. (Visit the Store within the COD: Black Ops III menu and check the top)
  

If the points continue to not show up, we recommend reaching out to our phone support team specifically to inquire about refunding and repurchasing the points. Unfortunately we are unable to assist further with purchase issues publicly on the forums.

I have had the same problems, it has taken the money off me but i havent got any point for it
