cod mw2 "purchase mw2 to have access to everything" cant play mutliplayer

i bought cod mw2 a while ago i got it as a code and i deleted it i recently installed it back and when i try play multiplayer it says "purchase modern warfare 2 to have access to everything" it didnt do this before i later found why its doing this and its because i only got content pack 4 installed i cant install the others because they dont come up under the "manage game and add ons" i went to the Microsoft store to buy them seperate but it says "not sold seperately" what should i do?

hey i done this and it didnt work the problem is that i only got content pack 4 and it doesnt doesnt let me install the other ones

We need to validate your license for the game. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then check if you can see the game order stated as “completed” or “redeemed”.

Once confirmed kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below before attempting to install the missing content packs:

“REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.“

You have only purchased remastered MW2 Campaign which is linked to COD MW - do you own that.?

you wont have any access to MW2 R until the release date but keep playing Warzone/MW until then

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When did this issue start to occur?
Are you able to launch your other games including other disc games just fine?

Try to re-add your account and power cycle your console.
Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
