    Call of Duty Update stops before fully installing

    I am trying to update Call of Duty: Modern Warfare to get Warzone. When updating it stops once it reaches the "ready to start" level. However this is only 18% of the update and I can not play the game. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as well
    as a soft reset. Any other ideas on how to fix this??

    i copied and pasted this because i am having the exact same problem as this person had and i need to say that i am upset that that moderator closed this discussion because other people are having the exact same problem and it was not resolved with a solution
    for everyone else. This person said that they got lucky and it just resumed after 4+ hours of waiting for help to get this issue resolved. How can it be that it stops at exactly 18.5% for everyone with this problem? There has got to be a specific solution
    for this...

    I called microsoft yesterday about this problem. And they told me to try to get in contact with the developer of the game. So i just asked for a refund
