COD MW CDL Bundle not showing up in my game

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Please be sure to try the website request refund first, as agents will direct you there anyway. Also you are able to reply to the emails that you will receive from doing the online request directly.

Thia is normal or not, this thing happend to me when I finished cod mw campagin I got the achivement but it diddn't show up on my cod mw achievments I waited about 5 mins and it there.

I know, but if you bought the bundle in MW you got UDT Ghost Skin and a bunch of other things, and thats whats not showing up

Part of the COD MW update, these maps rotate so they will show up for a while then disappear...they will be brought back.

I have around 300 games and 178 in the ready to install section but no COD: MW Bundle or just Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on its own and no link any where to down it.
