    I have the dish,worked fine untill an update.

    Well I uninstalled the game ,reinstalled from the disk while connect to the internet.

    SAME problem can not play campaign.

    Error says missing DLC pack.

    Also did a soft factory reset.

    Please advise

    I'm having the same problem. XBOX tells me its already installed And COD multiplayer tells me I need to install it before i can play . It did let me play the warzone map just not regular multiplayer or disc
