COD Ghost crashing non stop/Disc read error'imagefile65'. HELP PLS

Hey all. I just finally got this game yesterday with the season pass. Today it's been crashing on me non stop. I can't even finish a round. While I'm playing it takes me out if the game,and takes me to the Central America loading screen,then it goes to a
solid black screen. once I've gotten the error message isc read error"imagefile65" Nothing else happens unless I hit the guide button, and manually quit it. Then reload the game "rinse & repeat".

Problem while playing

When playing NHL14, during online game the game crash, the green led start blinking, the xbox interface appears and won't read the disc. i eject the disc to put in again but it won't read the disc the most of the time and when finally does the game keep
crashing again after awhile.

I tired to play NHL13, but i played for only about 20 minutes and got no problem. Help pls :/

 

Error code after game crashes 0x803f8068 can someone fix it pls

my game keeps crashing and i need help fixing it. And xbox dont have it on their list. Pls fix it the error code is0x803f8068

 

UPDATE. I've decided to erase the game data on the hdd, and reinstall it. I'll see if that does the trick.

 

UPDATE. It didn't work. I don't what else to do.
